Harry, the MG Robin!

Harry has become a little bit of a celebrity at MG. He has made friends with Rose and as his agent she has hired out his good looks to be a model for the After School Year 2 Art Club.

This is Harry.

The children used paint sticks to create a watercolour painting of Harry, from a photo Rose had taken of him. They chose the colours they needed after studying the photo of him above. They mixed red and orange to get the right colour for his redbreast. They also used darker colours on top of paler colours to get a branch texture. But mostly they just used their artistic eye and skills.

Rose is still waiting for Harry to sit on her hand so she created her own Harry to sit there until the real one finally does!
