During the Autumn Term 2015, Year 5 looked at The Victorians and India. in Art (after they had helped Year 4 with our House Hoeroes displays). For some reason, we failed to take pictures of much of what they did (Victorian silhouette pictures; the industrial landscape - a study of Lowry and how Victorian buildings, especially factories, which still dominated the skyline in his paintings and our Indian milk carton elephants, decorated with Indian designs) But here are some examples from their sketchbooks to give a slightly less colourful flavour of what we did.
