For our warm-up we checked we could remember how to draw a sitting tiger sitting all by ourselves.....easy peasy!!
Having finished our oil pastel leaves and grass border, we drew our tigers in the middle of our pictures, first in pencil, then we went over them with a black sharpie. (We used Sharpies as they wouldn't smudge when we applied our paint).
Finally we painted our tigers.......very carefully, trying to remember to hold our paintbrush just like we do our pencil!
Meanwhile on South Site, we moved on to painting our sky blue backgrounds(carefully going round our leaves and tigers before painting the middle sections) Then we went over the lines of our tiger with a black felt pen, making sure all the markings were filled in too.
