Tut-ART-khamun II

Year 4 have been up to some more Ancient Egyptian Art work on South Site!
Their large scale death mask is now finished and taking pride of place on their display.

They also did some desertscape collages where they each took on differing challenges from creating simple triangular pyramids to making them look more 3D, using differing colour combinations or including more complex shapes. Each child decided their own level of challenge and all of them look very effective!

Finally, they each drew and painted their own death mask which they mounted with an accompanying picture of an Ancient Egyptian god and their own name in hieroglyphs - what a clever bunch!!
