Big Draw!

Recently the whole school has been taking part in a Big Draw!
Each year group chose a  creature to draw, based on a specific picture. The children did several draft's of the picture, aiming to improve and develop it each time after critique from their peers and teachers. The idea is based on Austin's Butterfly.

Year 4 chose to do a fish, at the end the children laid out their 6 different drafts and discussed how their pictures had evolved.

Like Austin, Year 1 chose a butterfly - here are some examples of their first and last drafts.

Watch out for some more examples of our Big Draw pictures from other Year groups....coming soon!
