Electrifying Pictures!

During their topic on electricity, Year 4 created some evocative, menacing pictures of natural electrical storms using charcoal, chalk, and oil pastels, along with some collage effect buildings. Some of them even added a few drops of PVA to their picture to create a raindrop effect. They really tried to capture stormy skies and how the lightening can illuminate objects, such as their mountain backgrounds or some of their buildings.
