Each class created their own solar systems using different media: paint, oil pastels, chalk pastels, collage, mod roc and paper-mache to start their new topic boards.
Over the weeks they will be creating lots of other Space Art. Here are some of their marbled planet collages, with white splatter paint backgrounds.
We also created our own planets in oil pastels.
They have linked their class book - The Jamie Drake Equation by Christopher Drake - to their work, so lots of inspiration to had there as well.
